Asunto: San Jose IV R3 – Actualización sobre el mantenimiento de la piscina inferior

Estimados propietarios:

A modo de actualización, se ha completado la separación prevista del sistema de dos bombas de la piscina inferior. Estos trabajos eran necesarios para restablecer la funcionalidad original de las bombas.

Les informamos asimismo de que los trabajos de resiembra y riego, cuyo inicio está previsto para la semana que comienza el lunes 28 de septiembre, comenzarán primero en la piscina inferior. Inicialmente, estos trabajos de césped y riego estaban previstos para comenzar en la piscina superior; sin embargo, los trabajos asociados del constructor y del electricista en dicha piscina se han retrasado aproximadamente dos semanas.

Cierre de la piscina inferior

• La piscina inferior permanecerá cerrada para el uso de los propietarios desde el lunes 28 de septiembre, inicialmente durante un periodo de dos semanas.
• Durante este tiempo, les rogamos que utilicen la piscina superior.

Trabajos en la piscina inferior

• Los trabajos de zanja y tuberías propuestos inicialmente para la piscina inferior han sido suspendidos temporalmente por el Comité, a fin de permitir un mayor debate entre los propietarios en la Asamblea General Anual de marzo, junto con las conversaciones previstas para 2027 sobre la propuesta de rejuntado y los sistemas de inyección de cloro líquido para esta piscina.

Subject: San Jose IV R3 – Bottom Pool Maintenance Update

Dear Owners,

By way of update, the planned separation of the two-pump system at the Bottom Pool has been completed. This work was required to restore the pumps’ original functionality.

Please now note that the reseeding and irrigation works, scheduled to commence in the week commencing Monday 28 September, will start at the Bottom Pool first. These lawn and irrigation works were initially planned to begin at the Top Pool; however, the associated builder and electrician’s works at that pool have been delayed by approximately two weeks.

Bottom Pool Closure

• The Bottom Pool will be closed to owner use from Monday 28 September for an initial period of two weeks
• During this time, please use the Top Pool.

Bottom Pool Works

• The trench and piping works originally proposed for the Bottom Pool has been paused by the Committee to allow for further owner discussion at the March AGM, alongside the 2027 discussions on proposed re-grouting and liquid chlorine injection systems for this pool.
