Dear Owners, Further to yesterday’s communication, please note that the bottom (R3) pool will remain closed for an additional 24 hours today. This extension is required to complete further shock treatment of the water and to remove residual debris. The pool is expected to reopen for temporary use over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). However, from Monday, 1 June, the pool will be closed for approximately five days to allow for essential ground maintenance works. These works are necessary due to deterioration in the ageing pool and irrigation piping system, which has corroded over time as a result of insufficient historical maintenance. Maintenance and refurbishment efforts commenced in April to address both the pool and surrounding lawn areas. As repairs progress, additional underlying issues are being identified, which is typical of ageing infrastructure systems. We are undertaking these necessary repairs within current cash flow constraints.
