Energy savings options for the urbanisation

Dear Owners,

Following the February AGM, the Committee reviewed energy savings options for the urbanisation.

In May 2026, Eazy Energy was appointed as our energy advisor for 12 months, and a new energy contract was put in place, delivering approximately 10% annual savings (net of VAT) for the community.

We also requested Eazy Energy for an owner offering as an optional service for homeowners to access potentially better rates for their own home energy. Participation is entirely optional, and all bill savings go directly to the homeowner.
The community energy account does receive a small one-off €5 saving back to the community for every homeowner that chooses to save money with EazyEnergy

  • r3 Bottom Pool remains closed
    Dear Owners,  Further to yesterday’s communication, please note that the bottom (R3) pool will remain closed for an additional 24 hours today. This extension is required to complete further shock treatment of the water and to remove residual debris.  The pool is expected to reopen for temporary use over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).  However, from Monday, 1 June, the pool will be closed for approximately five days to allow for essential ground maintenance works. These works are necessary due to deterioration in the ageing pool and irrigation piping system, which has corroded over time as a result of insufficient historical maintenance.  Maintenance and refurbishment efforts commenced in April to address both the pool and surrounding lawn areas. As repairs progress, additional underlying issues are being identified, which is typical of ageing infrastructure systems.  We are undertaking these necessary repairs within current cash flow constraints. An improvement in available funds is anticipated following the implementation of increased fees effective from the June collection cycle.  While a…
