Please be advised that the date for your Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for Friday 21^st of February 2025 at 10.00 h/10.30 h.

If you have anything you want discussed at the AGM, please discuss with your President, or email us, without delay till the 31^st of December 2024.

All relevant documentation will be sent in advance of the meeting, much nearer the time.

The investigation of the electrical system in R3 has been completed. The issue with the TV and the bottom gates is resolved. The electrician has advised that the complete installation should be renewed in the next 1 or 2 years.

There is an issue with the electrical system supplying the bottom half of R3. This is affecting the Spanish TV and the bottom gates.
An electrician is investigating the problem, hopefully we'll have a resolution in the next few days.

All the apartment stairwell lights have been upgraded. They now switch on automatically when approached in the hours of darkness.
