The quote for community TV is now available and can be seen;

The system, if adopted, will be of benefit to approximately 110 owners of R3. Because R3 and R4 are geographically separated a different option has been negotiated for owners in R4.
COST. 40 OWNERS. € 523. Cost is a one off payment, no
50 OWNERS. € 465. monthly subscription to pay.
60 OWNERS. € 426.

If adopted the system can be implemented in line with the following schedule:
May to August. Quote available to owners. Owners register their interest.
September. The cost of the system, based on the number of owners who have stated an interest, will be sent to relevant owners. If the price is acceptable a team will be formed to manage the system, I suggest 3 owners. A bank account will be opened to make payments for the system.
October. Installation of the system will start.

As president I am willing to help with the management of this project but will not assume total responsibility, if owners want it and you don’t have to be a permanent resident, then you need to get involved.
