WARNING - Thieves are targeting communities

Please be extra vigilant!

Last Saturday the police were called to an attempted break in to one of the properties on our community. Luckily they were seen and the police were called but they ran off before the police arrived.

They were 2 men wearing dark clothes and what looked like balaclavas. One was wearing a rucksack. They had climbed on to a balcony and were trying to access the property through the kitchen door. When the alarm went off and they saw they were being watched they jumped down and ran. The police were there within 10 minutes!

According to the police there was another report of a similar situation on our community earlier so please make sure your doors are locked; even when you are home.
