Dear owner,

You are reminded that the parking of vehicles on the internal roads of the urbanisation should be kept to a minimum to allow access for emergency vehicles at all times.

The rules of the urbanisation state that vehicles should only be parked to allow loading/unloading and for longer periods of time you should use either your own property, the car park or Calle Rubi.

Those of you that use the car park are also reminded that vehicles should only occupy one, space larger vehicles should park on the external roads.
