To all owners.

At the time of writing we are in Phase2 of the Spanish Governments lockdown procedure.

We have been advised that to comply with the above regulations for a safe and healthy environment within the pool areas we would need to spend in excess of 3500 euros per month per pool.

To ratify the spending of this amount of money, and we do not know for how long, we would need the approval of a Special General Meeting however current legislation does not allow the holding of such a meeting.

Your management committee and our administrator believe in light of the current situation it would be in every ones best interest to leave the pools closed until we know the rules of the next phase.
